FEATURED EVENT
Black Men in White Coats Youth Summit – DFW
XO Xperience Events supported the planning and execution of the Black Men in White Coats Youth Summit, a large-scale nonprofit community event created to expose students to careers in medicine, healthcare, and related professional fields.
THE GOAL
The summit welcomed approximately 1,000 attendees and brought together students, parents, healthcare professionals, community leaders, volunteers, and nearly 50 healthcare vendors and organizations. With multiple student cohorts rotating through different areas of the event, the day required detailed coordination, clear communication, and strong logistical oversight to keep the experience organized from beginning to end.
OUR ROLE
Our role included supporting the overall event flow, coordinating volunteers and event teams, assisting with vendor logistics, overseeing check-in and registration, monitoring attendee movement, and helping ensure that each scheduled activity remained on time. We also supported the coordination of lunch service for approximately 1,500 meals, which required careful planning around timing, distribution, crowd flow, and communication between teams.
THE OUTCOME
The result was a successful, high-impact community event that brought together hundreds of students and professionals for a day centered on education, mentorship, exposure, and opportunity.
